Available as either a twin or double room—just let us know your preference. Designed with simplicity and comfort in mind, each room offers a peaceful space to relax, unwind, and reconnect with what matters most.
Step outside onto your private patio and enjoy beautiful sea view. Breathe in the scent of the Mediterranean maquis and let the island's tranquility slow you down.
We provide eco-friendly toiletries, as well as fresh towels and bed linen. Free Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay.
You won't find a TV here—just plenty of books, quiet moments, and an island waiting to be explored.
Please contact us to arrange your check-in and check-out times. We are happy to cater to your needs whenever possible, while allowing enough time to prepare the room between guests.
Plant Based Breakfast
Start your day with a hearty plant-based breakfast, prepared with quality ingredients and, whenever possible, a selection of organic and locally sourced products. Enjoy freshly brewed coffee or premium loose-leaf tea as you ease into the morning.
Breakfast is served on our verandah from 8:00 to 9:30 am, offering a relaxed setting to plan your day or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Arriving
We are a 15 minute drive from town, the last 500m are on a mostly unpaved road.
Kitchen
Each room has an allocated space in the fridge, please vegan food only. The kettle and Coffee machine are free to use. Please keep in mind that in accordance with Bed & Breakfast regulations kitchen use is not allowed.
Eco friendly
Photovoltaic panel energy production plus roof-mounted solar panels for hot water.
Water from an artesian well. Whilst our water is filtered, softened, carbon and UV treated it still remains quite high in minerals. We recommend refilling bottles at the water station in town (piazza Pegli).
Imhof biological waste management.
Smoking free
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the rooms or surrounding areas on our property. There is an allocated smoking area if required.

Pets
We love animals, but we're not yet organised to host them.

Double room with breakfast (2pax) ..................................................110€ per night (140€ in july and august)
Double room for single use with breakfast (1pax) ...........................85€ per night (115€ in july and august)
A discount of 20€ per room per night is applied from the second night onwards.
